An exciting opportunity is available for a Customer Information Officer to join our Executive and Curriculum Administration (ECAS) team. ECAS provides essential administrative support to our curriculum departments while delivering an outstanding front-of-house service to staff, students, and visitors. We are a committed, supportive team and a central part of the college's day-to-day success.



As a Customer Information Officer, you will provide a welcoming and professional front-of-house service, acting as the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be approachable, professional, and student-focused, with a strong commitment to providing a welcoming and supportive front-of-house service within an educational environment. You will be confident communicating with students, staff, parents, and external visitors, and able to respond calmly and effectively to a wide range of enquiries.



You will have:


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with students of all ages A friendly, professional manner and a commitment to excellent customer service Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy reception setting Confidence using IT systems, including inhouse systems, MS Office suite including MS Teams. An understanding of confidentiality, safeguarding, and professional boundaries in an educational setting The ability to follow procedures accurately, including visitor management, health and safety, and emergency protocols A flexible, team-oriented approach, with the ability to work across sites if required A commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring a respectful and supportive environment for all learners
