The Customer Journey & Stakeholder Specialist will guide the Customer through the project lifecycle from initial enquiry to completion by providing a focal point of contact and devolving information across the range of Customer contacts.
This will be achieved primarily through regular outbound telephone contacts and system updates ensuring that the Customer is in possession of all project related information distributed in an accurate and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Act as focal point for Customers for all queries across project timeline
Carry out scheduled daily Customer telephone calls
Fully update systems with key project information
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are meeting defined timescales
Identify potential project issues and manage Customer expectations
Arrange and lead Customer project welcome meetings involving relevant internal stakeholders
Create new project records on internal systems from enquiries received
Assist the wider Sales team in identifying leads and prospecting
Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to Health, Safety and Quality Management
Carry out any activities related to the role
Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills
Person Specification:
Exceptional verbal and written communication with the ability to engage Customers effectively
Possesses excellent interpersonal skills to be able to communicate effectively and build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Proactive and driven to achieve personal and Company objectives.
Has full understanding of the principles of Customer service and its impact on a business
Collaborative mindset, working effectively within a team to achieve shared goals
Ability to prioritise workload effectively with strong time management and organisational skills
Emphasis on accuracy with excellent attention to detail
Self-motivated and eager to learn
Adaptable and responsive to change
A strong working knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft packages
