Location:

Carparison Leasing, Marsh Barton, Exeter

Hours:

Monday to Friday 08:30 - 18:00 with 1 hour lunch and Saturday AM on a rota.

Salary:

OTE from 42,000 per annum, uncapped

About the Role


As a Customer Leasing Advisor, you'll be guiding warm leads through an engaging and supportive car leasing journey--no cold calling, just connecting with customers who have expressed interest. Your role is to understand each customer's needs and preferences, recommending the perfect car at a market leading price. You'll provide tailored guidance through the leasing process, offering as much or as little support as required.

Day-to-day, you'll manage inbound leads, build strong rapport with customers, and collaborate with funders, dealerships, and stakeholders to ensure every customer finds the ideal vehicle for their needs.

Customer Leasing Advisor Key Responsibilities:



Respond to incoming calls with the highest level of efficiency and courtesy to deliver exceptional customer care Answer and handle inbound calls within agreed parameters Provides administrative support to all departments where appropriate or requested Follow the Sales Process consistently to meet and exceed performance targets Take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way Organise and prioritise your workload effectively, balancing multiple enquiries and tasks Work well both independently and as part of a collaborative, high-performing team

What We're Looking For



Call experience essential - Outbound calling in volume would be advantageous A passion for guiding customers and exceeding their expectations Highly motivated, articulate, and driven by results Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Experience with financial products is preferred, and previous sales training is a plus
