Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for customers, building strong and lasting relationships
Manage internal customer accounts, ensuring accurate order processing and communication
Liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Handle customer queries promptly and professionally
Maintain up-to-date records and documentation
Provide general administrative support to the sales and operations teams
About You:
Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role (manufacturing or coatings industry experience desirable)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
A proactive team player with a "can-do" attitude
