The role -
Process Machine orders within Service level agreements
Manage 2 inboxes dealing with both internal and external customer queries
Liaise with our external Logistics Partner
Work alongside the wider Administration team to ensure the customer end to end experience is best in class
Tasks will include (but not exhaustive to) -
Processing various contract type machine orders and returns within lead time
Machine allocation
Manage a complex inbox, ensuring queries are resolved in a timely manner
Inbound and Outbound phone management liaising with Installation crews, Lavazza Technicians, Lavazza Sales and Customers
Review the weekly plan sheet, identifying issues and resolving with the Logistics Partner to ensure all customer orders planned correctly
Customer Focus
Support in National Roll Outs
Focus on reducing delivery and installation failures
Customer Services
Work alongside the wider Administration team, cross training where applicable
Support in business wide projects e.g. new product launches, continuous improvements etc.

Highly organised and articulate.
Effective time management through a strong multi tasked agenda.
Able to work at a fast pace
Attention to detail
Able to deal with ambiguity
Confident to challenge processes when necessary
Extensive Excel knowledge
Knowledge of Sales Force & SAP preferable
