Customer Liaison Officer Role

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our Asset Management Delivery team as a Customer Liaison Officer. At LiveWest, ensuring our customers feel safe--and are safe--in their homes is our top priority.


In this vital role, you will be the friendly and reliable link between our customers and the planned works taking place in their homes. You will ensure they are kept informed, supported, and reassured every step of the way.


Key Responsibilities:




Act as the main point of contact for customers affected by planned maintenance and improvement works. Provide clear, timely communication and updates to customers about the scope and schedule of works. Offer support and guidance to customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed with empathy and professionalism. Capture and share accurate data to support the smooth delivery of property and maintenance programmes. Contribute to the successful implementation of energy efficiency initiatives, including PAS2035 and Net Carbon Zero strategies.

This role is being offered on a

full time

,

permanent

basis, working 37 hours per week. It is hybrid working with field-based requirements covering the

Cornwall

area. You will be working in

Tolvaddon

Office and working from home.

About The Candidate




Customer Liaison Officer Role
To be successful in your application for the role of Customer Liaison Officer, you will have the essential skills and experience for a level 1 role (please see candidate information pack) and the following specific skills and experience:
Good communication skills to liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistency of approach across LiveWest customers. Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude, working flexibly to deliver outcomes, taking responsibility for personal development and growth within the team. Ability to plan own workload; manage competing priorities whilst maintaining a high quality of work. Experience of coordinating and delivering of key tasks. A good understanding of all relevant service administration and a working knowledge of procedures and building safety equipment. Good understanding of workplace Health and Safety practices and PAS2035 Retrofit requirements. Full UK driving licence.

Desirable:

Knowledge of reporting practices and procedures.
