Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the retrofit process.

Provide clear and timely updates to customers regarding project timelines, progress, and any changes whilst addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure customer expectations are met.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project updates.

Conduct post-project follow-ups to gather customer feedback and ensure satisfaction.

Assist in resolving any issues or complaints in a proactive and empathetic manner.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the construction, energy, or retrofit sector.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

A customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of retrofit processes or energy efficiency projects (preferred but not essential).

A valid driver's license
