We are looking for a hardworking and efficient Customer Liaison Officer to join our rapidly-growing Coalville-based telematics company Global Telemetrics, the name behind proven and award-winning stolen vehicle tracking brands such as SmarTrack and Autowatch UK.
This vacancy is for a position within our Collections Team and is primarily focused on chasing monies for outstanding subscriptions & warranty, whilst providing quality customer service and assisting other teams with ad-hoc duties as required. The role, therefore, contributes directly towards the company's continued focus and drive to serve our customers in the best possible way and protect their assets.
Responsibilities and Duties
Chasing outstanding subscription payments from customers
Sending out renewal invites/Pro-forma invoices via email
Allocating payments to correct accounts
Keeping CRM up to date with accurate data
Identify potential for upsell opportunities
Respond to customer enquiries efficiently and accurately via email and phone
Respond to customer complaints in accordance with Company procedures
Help customers with technical assistance (training will be provided)
Helping customers with service call bookings and installation work (training will be provided)
Producing reports for customers through CRM/Google Sheets as required
All other administration and ad-hoc duties as required
Qualifications and Skills
Previous customer service experience is essential
Able to prioritise workload
Be able to work within a pressurised environment
Confident in working as part of a team or independently
Experience using a web-based CRM
Customer-focused
IT literate with knowledge of cloud-based email and document suites
Excellent telephone manner
Schedule:
Monday to Friday. Additional overtime may be available.
Flexible hours between 8 am - 6 pm
42.5 hours per week
28 days holiday inc. bank holidays
Yearly bonus scheme based on company turnover targets
Experience:
3+ Years of Customer Services experience (preferred)
