We are looking for a motivated and determined individual to join our fun, friendly and hardworking team. Your role will be to join the Collections Team. You will speak with customers both inbound and outbound to take payments, assist with queries and to help customers in arrears.

You will work one Saturday morning in every four.

Key Skills

GCSE's grade A - C (or equivalent) in Maths and English Competent using email Excellent communication skills Good phone manner Confident in discussing financial issues and asking customers to make payment Excited to learn new things Ability to come up with new ideas and solutions Be happy to work as part of a team and individually
