Jo Malone London Global currently has a vacancy for a Director, Global CRM reporting to the Executive Director, Global Consumer Marketing based in our Jo Malone London Townhouse. The prime responsibility of this role will be to deliver integrated and commercially beneficial repeat and retention strategies across regions and touch points, always with the consumer at the heart. The Director, Global CRM will own the high level Global JML CRM Strategy to create a vision for next generation data-driven activations that drive incremental value. Create a framework from which to work with the regions and markets to adapt and execute on - dependent on market maturity and capability. Set minimum standards and KPIs.

The role will innovate and drive forward marketing automation programmes to be embedded in multiple markets and oversee Lifecycle Programmes to create the foundation for a cross segment, always on repeat and retention strategy.


Determining and championing an engaging and elevated CRM strategy for the brand, taking into consideration regional relevancy and capabilities will be central to the role, ensuring a consumer first and true luxury proposition. Building a global Consumer Insights view, working with agencies and with Regional CRM teams to develop local insights using consumer data and initiating regional and global analytics projects to develop communication strategies and maximize annual spend will also be pivotal.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual should meet the following requirements and qualifications:

Position requires 8+ years of CRM experience Should be well-grounded in consumer marketing principles, customer segmentation, multi-channel marketing, utilizing consumer research and response analysis as well as higher level analytics Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a strong creative focus Must be an excellent team player; possessing the ability to build, foster and nurture strong relationships with cross-functional teams Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving ability required Ability to synthesize complex content into simple business practices, draw conclusions, make recommendations, and lead implementation of changes cross-functionally Exceptional communications skills (oral and written) and comfortable with designing and delivering presentations Retail industry and international experience preferred but not required * Excellent computer skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to work with data efficiently and effectively
