Position
This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience and knowledge within the media industry with a focus on customer marketing.
You'll be working within the Customer Marketing & Experience team to help deliver strategic marketing campaigns through our cross-channel business for a variety of brands including BBC Countryfile, Gardens Illustrated and YourHomeStyle.
The role will suit a highly driven individual who has a passion for media and marketing with a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment. This will be a dynamic role which will encompass all forms of marketing from social media creation to video and newsletter activity.
You'll have the opportunity to bring your own ideas whilst collaborating and contributing to the overall marketing strategy.
This is an exciting position for someone in the early stages of their career who is keen to develop and learn.
Please note, this role is a part time 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

Requirements
Essential
A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Excellent communication skills, with strong planning, task coordination, and prioritisation capabilities
Confident copywriting skills, with a flair for crafting engaging social media captions, impeccable grammar, and the ability to adapt tone of voice for different audiences
Strong time management and multitasking abilities, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines
Proficient in using all major social media platforms, with a solid understanding of each channel's unique features and strategic benefits
Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to contribute fresh ideas and creative input
Desirable
Confidence using design tools such as Canva and Figma
