About The Role




Foxtons, London's leading estate agency, is looking for a creative and driven Customer Marketing Executive to join our dynamic 13-strong marketing team.



In this role, you'll help drive interest and engagement across our extensive property portfolio, with a focus on New Homes and Build-to-Rent developments. You'll also collaborate on automated lifecycle, lead generation, and promotional campaigns to drive customer conversion.



Using our cutting-edge Customer Engagement Platform, you'll create impactful campaigns across email, SMS, and in-browser channels to deliver measurable results.


Core Responsibilities:




Create Engaging Digital Assets: Develop compelling marketing content across email, SMS, and in-browser to drive customer engagement. Audience Segmentation: Build and manage targeted customer segments to ensure communications reach the most relevant audiences. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Foxtons' specialist teams to understand their objectives and deliver tailored marketing solutions. A/B Testing & Optimization: Lead and implement a robust testing program, including email features, targeting strategies, and personalization techniques. Best Practice Adoption: Utilise our Customer Engagement Platform to apply industry best practices in creative design, templates, tracking, testing, and reporting. Performance Analysis: Conduct post-campaign evaluations, generate insights, and present results to internal stakeholders to inform future strategies.

About You



Desired Skills and Attributes:




12+ months experience in a CRM, digital marketing, or marketing automation role

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics

Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform or email service provider (preferably Braze)

HTML/CSS and email design best practice

Proactive 'go-getter' attitude

Creative thinker with a commercial mind-set, and high attention to detail
