Job summary - What to expect:
As a Customer Marketing Senior Specialist within our Marketing department, you will be a key marketing representative on customer business teams for key- and national accounts, creating high-impact campaigns and ensuring coordination and execution of value.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Being the Customer Marketing representative on Customer Business Teams for which the role is assigned.

Creation and implementation of customer-specific or key channel consumer campaigns/communication to drive category and brand share including digital/online campaigns.
Development of compelling commercial selling stories to excite and engage customers in the campaigns ensuring that CooperVision is the customer CL partner of choice.
Developing and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of customer account plans and initiatives.
Leading cross-functional project teams to deliver exceptional customer/trade events throughout the year aligned to the brand positioning and helping to elevate brand and company perception amongst key opinion leaders and ECPs.
Acting as the customer's own label brand manager for the UK&I to drive the success of the CL category and own label within defined customers/channels working collaboratively with respective account managers, brand marketing & professional affairs.
Contributing to the development of the annual UK&I marketing plan, supporting the development of actionable strategies to grow revenue with customers and driving successful execution in key channels working closely with the wider marketing team, sales and customer service functions to ensure tools and assets meets market needs and brand guidelines.

About you:
We are looking for someone with:
Excellent cross-functional team leadership and project management.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
An intuitive and inquisitive marketing mind, able to seek out and identify best-practice and adapt it to create step-change in business performance.
The ability to create simple, persuasive, commercial arguments and category stories.
The ability to read and understand highly technical material and simplify it for efficient audience engagement.
Articulate with excellent organizational skills.
Advanced use of PowerPoint, with good working understanding of Excel and Word.
Experience & Education:
Required
A minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing.
Experience in a customer marketing role in a consumer-orientated business demonstrating the development and execution of successful customer programmes.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a relevant field.
Preferred
Sales or account management experience an advantage.
Experience in a business-to-business marketing management role preferred.
Experience in the optical industry a plus but not essential.
