We're looking for a Customer Onboarding & Success Executive to join our team - someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences from day one and helping our dealers get the most out of our products.

The Role



You'll be the friendly face of Spidersnet for our dealers, guiding them through their journey with us - from onboarding their new website to supporting them long-term. You'll ensure every customer feels supported, confident, and set up for success.

What You'll Do



Onboarding New Customers



Welcome new customers and manage the onboarding journey through to website go-live Keep communication clear, proactive, and reassuring Ensure websites are fully set up with the right assets, content, and functionality Keep projects on track to meet agreed timelines and KPI's

Customer Care & Support



Respond to queries via phone, email, and other channels Deliver advice, walkthroughs, and structured training sessions Proactively help customers get the best from our products Resolve payment issues quickly and professionally

Product Awareness & Upselling



Spot opportunities to add value with relevant services or upgrades Take part in targeted campaigns to introduce add-ons and features Guide customers towards solutions that genuinely benefit their business

What We're Looking For



Excellent communication skills, approachable, confident, and clear Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple customers and priorities Customer-focused mindset, always striving to deliver the best experience Comfortable using digital tools and systems Proactive, with an eye for spotting opportunities to add value

Location:

Hybrid - remote with regular time in our Brighton HQ

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-27,000.00 per year
