We are looking for a Customer Operations Administrator to play a key role in supporting


the day-to-day operations of our third-party customers. In this role, you will coordinate and


manage administrative processes across our supply chain, ensuring accurate data entry,


timely processing of stock to final mile CDCs, and effective communication between internal


teams and customers.


You will be responsible for maintaining documentation compliance, resolving shipment


discrepancies, and helping optimise internal trunking to support an efficient, cost-effective,


and reliable supply chain. This is a hands-on role that ensures smooth operations and


contributes directly to delivering excellent service for our customers.

What you'll be doing



Ensure customer data is handled securely and in full compliance with data protection

policies.

Maintain confidentiality of each brand's business, avoiding disclosure of information

to external parties.

Arrange timely delivery to customers and plan orders through our internal trunking

network to meet final mile CDC SLAs set by the brand or customer.

Demonstrate a professional and friendly telephone manner, providing accurate and

high-quality information to customers and colleagues.

Maintain a high standard of personal presentation at all times. Liaise effectively with brands, suppliers, and customers to support smooth

operational processes.

Promote and uphold a strong team spirit across all brands, customers, and

colleagues.

Maintain a clean, organised, and professional office environment. Ensure data entry is completed promptly, accurately, and in accordance with

company procedures.

Adhere to company guidelines, ensuring all data is correctly stored in line with

paperwork retention and audit policies.

Be flexible to support operational needs, including working outside normal contracted

hours, on weekends, and bank holidays, as required by the business.

Experience and Qualifications



Previous experience in supply chain or logistics administration. Experience in communicating with external customers. Proficient in G Suite and other office productivity tools. Strong experience in data entry, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Able to work independently or as part of a collaborative team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines. * Professional and exceptional telephone manner.
