We're hiring a
Customer Operations Manager
to lead our front-of-house experiences at
Anglesey Sea Zoo,
one of North Wales' most iconic wildlife attractions, set on a spectacular stretch of coastline. This is more than just a job, it's your chance to shape and own a brand-new position with variety, purpose and majestic views of the Menai Straits, Eryri and beyond!
You'll oversee daily operations across our cafe, gift shop and mini-golf hut, ensuring every visitor enjoys a memorable, smooth and magical experience. From managing rotas and mentoring seasonal staff, to rolling up your sleeves for food service, restocking retail displays and meeting with new suppliers. No two days are the same.
This role is ideal for someone dynamic and hands-on, with previous experience in hospitality, retail or catering, customer service or visitor attractions. Be ready to lead with warmth, energy and a can-do attitude.

This is a permanent, all-year-round position. Please note that during our reduced opening period (approximately 10 weeks between December and February), available hours will reflect the seasonal demand. However, team members will have the option to use accrued holiday to maintain a consistent level of pay during this time. While we will always aim to provide as much notice and as many hours as possible over the winter period, we are unable to guarantee a minimum number of hours during this time.
