At gee, we've built a premium hair extension brand trusted by thousands of women and we're just getting started.

We're looking for an experienced Operations & E-commerce Manager to take ownership of our internal processes, lead our growing team, and ensure every customer experience reflects our luxury standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role that blends customer service, people management, and operational thinking. You'll work directly with the CEO to improve how we operate as we scale with structure, clarity, and care.

What You'll Own



Lead the day-to-day operations of the office and e-commerce backend Oversee and coach the internal team to maintain high standards across all workflows Personally own high-level customer interactions (email, returns, service issues) Maintain and evolve our SOPs, training tools, and customer service templates Oversee hiring, onboarding and performance processes Ensure the office runs smoothly, problems are solved fast, and the team feels supported Stay informed on our platforms and recommend smarter systems or process improvements Be willing to adjust hours occasionally during critical or peak trading periods

You're a Great Fit If You:



Have 3+ years managing people and operations in a high-touch e-commerce brand (beauty or fashion preferred) Know how to lead with warmth and hold people to standard Have experience creating and updating SOPs and internal systems Are calm, structured, and focused under pressure - you create clarity, not chaos Take pride in every customer interaction, and know how to protect a premium brand experience Are comfortable working closely with a founder and small, ambitious team
