to own the customer experience across the full order lifecycle -- from confirmed order through delivery and project completion. You'll coordinate documentation, payments, logistics, and communication across customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure everything is delivered accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers once orders are confirmed
Provide regular updates on production, shipping, and delivery timelines
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth processing and on-time delivery
Manage and distribute required customer documentation throughout the order journey
Lead post-delivery follow-ups, including after-sales support and issue resolution
Maintain accurate records of customer communications, milestones, and delivery progress
Proactively identify risks or delays and take action to protect customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a customer service operations role
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Solid understanding of operational processes and order workflows
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical capability
Experience with
HubSpot
and
Xero
is a plus
Fluent English and Spanish
Hard-working, eager to learn, and motivated to make a real impact
