Grassroutes Leisure Limited is a leading company in the leisure vehicle industry we have been established for over 22 years and are now looking to expand our customer service team.
Duties:-
As the Customer Operations Supervisor you will be running a small team and the following duties will be applicable:-
Respond to customer enquiries and orders via phone, email, website & walk-in customers
Order Management
Manage customer deliveries
Understand products (training will be given)
Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner
Liaise with customers in relation to their order status
Liaise with internal departments as required
Maintain accurate records on all company systems
Maintain departmental procedure documentation
Understand and run departmental reports
Administration in relation to non-conformities
Able to deal with difficult customers
General Administration
Attend trade shows as required
Requirements
Previous customer service/sales order processing experience
Ability to delegate to and monitor the team
Professional and personable telephone manner
Able to work under pressure and to timescales
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail, communication and organisational skills
Desire to understand our products (training will be given)
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM and Accounting systems.
Proven experience in a similar role with at least 2 years experience
Working Hours : Mon - Fri 8.30 - 5 pm (40 hours)
