ABOUT THE ROLE

Our dedicated Customer Sales Team plays a key role in supporting customers and competitors around the globe, ensuring they have access to the right components when they need them most.

We're looking to expand our energetic Sales Team and seeking a proactive Customer Parts Advisor, providing first-class service to our international customer base. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the fast-paced world of motorsport and work at the heart of a high-performance environment.

The role and responsibilities include:

Coordinate with global teams to deliver timely parts and services. Process sales orders and manage dispatch logistics with speed and accuracy. Support customers with technical understanding of parts and vehicle compatibility. Advising customers on products and parts to help them make the correct purchase. Working closely with our Shipping Coordinator for shipping customer orders and producing the correct documentations. Working closely with Stock Controllers to ensure the Warehouse has an adequate level of stock and parts. Being an intermediate between both the customer and Engineering department for customer product inquires.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. The ideal candidate will be:

A confident communicator with superb telephone etiquette and negotiation skills. Technically minded with a basic understanding of automotive parts and commercial documentation. A collaborative problem-solver who builds trust-based relationships with both customers and colleagues. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Skilled in multitasking and prioritising workloads under pressure. Computer literate with strong MS Office skills and experience using stock control systems.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in a customer service or parts advisory role, ideally within the automotive industry dealership or motorsport industry.
