Job Brief

We are looking for a customer-focused Project Manager to join our team at Alitex. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships from point of sale throughout their journey with us, ensuring their experience exceeds expectations. As Project Manager, you will oversee the coordination and completion of glasshouse projects both in the UK and internationally. Your efforts will ensure that each project aligns with our company's strategy, commitments, and goals, fostering customer advocacy and enabling long-lasting partnerships. The role will involve regular travel throughout the UK as well as overseas from time to time.

Key Responsibilities

You will receive in-house training for the following key responsibilities:

Proactively communicate with customers at every stage of their Alitex journey to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience Manage and coordinate multiple projects from point of sale through design, production and installation Record, monitor and drive key project information on in-house CRM systems (Microsoft Office, NetSuite) ensuing customer and project data is administratively accurate at all times Collaborate with several internal teams to ensure projects run efficiently and are completed to the highest standard Assess and mitigate project risks, ensuring site safety at all times Maintain organised timelines, ensuring all dates and milestones are met on schedule Respond to enquiries from builders, surveyors, and garden designers during the construction phase Conduct on-site technical surveys (in the UK and overseas) of existing walls and/or bases to confirm manufacturing dimensions prior to approved specification Conduct on-site technical surveys (in the UK and overseas) to ensure the greenhouse base is accurate and meets required tolerances, and that the site is safe for the greenhouse installation

Alitex is based in a rural location near Petersfield in Hampshire, with limited access to public transport. Applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK and have a full driving license.
