FPG has a 12 month contract opportunity for a customer-facing Project Manager with experience on 4G/5G rollouts projects. The successful candidate will have PRINCE 2 / PRINCE2 or PMP project management certifications. The successful candidate will have previous experience working for companies such as Nokia, Ericsson or Huawei and in a customer-orientated role.

Scope of work

We are searching for a customer project manager to oversee assigned customer projects and make sure that the contract\'s requirements are met, the customer\'s expectations are met, and the customer relationship is handled as effectively as possible.

Responsibilities

• You will create and manage the baseline for the project plan: specify the project\'s scope, secure the required resources, and schedule and keep track of all activities
• Preferable knowledge of drop-ship logistics and hardware delivery
• Lead project execution: monitor and manage modifications, track project activity, control risks, and settle disputes
• Handle partner and customer engagement: plan meetings and customer events, maintain regular communications, and meet in person when necessary. Manage customer relationships through fostering confidence and trust.
• Manage all project funds; ensure monitoring and control of the financial system; and
• Grow the business by taking part in contract drafting and pre-sale activity. produce additional sales
• Improve the CPM discipline by using innovative ideas to streamline procedures, techniques, and tools.
