Customer Relations Adviser (Part-Time, Hybrid)

Are you friendly, organised, and passionate about delivering great customer service? We're looking for a

Customer Relations Adviser

to join our team and help ensure customers receive the very best care before, during, and after their visit to our dealerships.

About the Role

As a Customer Relations Adviser, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent communication with our customers. Your tasks will include:

Contacting customers via phone, email, SMS and other channels to

book scheduled servicing and MOT appointments

Making

service satisfaction calls

to ensure every customer received exceptional care Updating customer records accurately and keeping activity well-organised Supporting service teams by helping manage customer flow and appointment scheduling Working professionally and courteously during every customer interaction

What We're Looking For

Clear and confident communication skills Comfortable using computers and customer systems Organised, dependable, and able to work independently A positive attitude and genuine commitment to great customer service The ability to speak Welsh will be an advantage
