, you'll be the friendly first voice our clients hear -- welcoming them, understanding their needs, and setting them on the right path with our brokers.

Responsibilities

Connect with clients over phone and email, making every interaction positive, friendly, and helpful. Keep client records accurate and up-to-date with attention to detail through efficient data entry. Use your communication skills to build genuine connections, really understand what clients need, and provide the right solutions. Listen to client feedback, spot opportunities for improvement, and help shape an even better service experience. Team up with colleagues to deliver seamless support and celebrate shared wins together.

Qualifications

No qualifications needed. Sales experience in one form or another is required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year
