Customer Relations Assistant
to be the friendly, reassuring voice that helps guide new clients into the care they need.
About the Role:
As a key first point of contact, you'll handle all incoming care enquiries--by phone, email, or website--and ensure each person feels heard, understood, and supported. You'll manage the full enquiry-to-booking process, helping individuals and families find the right care solution with empathy and professionalism.
Main Responsibilities:
Respond to care enquiries with sensitivity and understanding
Provide clear, accurate information about our care services and availability
Record and track all enquiries using our CRM and booking systems
Coordinate initial assessments or home visits
Follow up with prospective clients to ensure a seamless experience
Work closely with the care management team to match clients with appropriate services
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Empathetic and respectful approach to client interaction
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information
Previous experience in a care, healthcare or customer-facing environment is highly desirable
Proficiency with email, phone systems, and CRM/booking tools
