We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Relations Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in fostering strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leadership, communication, and analytical skills to effectively manage customer interactions and drive improvements in service delivery.
Duties
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Have an in depth understanding of our booking platform (Tock) and utilise this to maximise restaurant capacity and build customer profiles
Analyse customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and social media messages in a professional and timely manner
Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

A proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring customer issues are addressed efficiently.
The job in time, will be undertaken on a balance between on site, and at home, across 5 days (7hrs per day) - Tuesday to Saturday with potential of shorter days on Saturday.

Pay: 24,420.00-26,000.00 per year
Experience:
receptionist or host: 1 year (preferred)
