Summary

We are seeking a Customer Relations Representative to join our dynamic team at Este Medical Group in Manchester. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service while promoting our range of cosmetic treatments. Your contributions will be vital to enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email to clients. Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate services or products. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and data entry tasks. Liaise with clients before and after their hair transplant to provide exceptional care and support. Arrange and coordinate pre- transplant surgery medical requirements, such as blood tests. Conduct regular follow-ups to check in on client wellbeing and ensure they are comfortable and informed. Assist clients during the aftercare process, addressing any questions or needs they may have. Monitor client progress and ensure they are following their prescribed treatment plan. Communicate with internal medical teams to ensure seamless client care. Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Working Hours:

40 Hours (8-Hour Shifts, 10 AM - 6 PM, 5 Days a Week Including Weekends)

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle inquiries professionally. Basic analytical skills to assess client needs effectively. Experience with data entry and managing client records accurately. Ability to upsell services while maintaining a positive client relationship.
