Are you a Dental Nurse or Practice Manager looking for a new challenge within the dental industry but outside of practice?



A fast growing, dental manufacturing and supply company based in Totton are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join its driven and passionate team. A hugely varied role, the right candidate will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to the ongoing success of the company by helping develop and manage external relationships with many different stakeholders. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service is essential.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:



Develop and build a strong relationship with key stakeholders including distribution partners, salespeople, dentists, practice managers and nurses to nurture and grow business over time. Handle customer enquiries via phone and email to ensure swift and satisfactory response, upholding the company's outstanding customer service reputation. Develop and implement business development strategies in close co-ordination with Sales and Marketing Director. Undertake detailed reviews of customer product portfolios, identifying potential opportunities and creating appropriate communication to deepen relationships and encourage expansion of portfolio over time. Have a solid understanding of the product portfolio to ensure confidence and sureness when discussing with external stakeholders. Appropriate bespoke training will be provided based on prior industry experience. Prepare and deliver training sessions and presentations for customer teams and end users, communicating the values of the product portfolio and the company, as well as practically demonstrating the features of benefits of key products. Holding face-to-face meetings with key stakeholders, both alongside Sales and Marketing Director and alone. Working with sales representatives of business partners to introduce more products to end users and provide support and training for them. Prepare regular analysis reports and disseminate to both internal and external stakeholders to help identify new opportunities within existing customer base and monitor sales patterns over time. Proactively seek new business opportunities alongside Sales and Marketing Director, helping to identify areas of significant potential. Engage with end users to collate feedback on product performance, building an increasingly important direct relationship between company and end users. Opportunity to represent the company at events such as courses, lectures, exhibitions and conferences.

We are looking for a confident, sociable candidate to complement our small but highly motivated existing team.

Some of the key skills required are:

Preferably have had previous experience in the Dental Industry, particularly through Nursing / Practice Management. Have good, confident phone manner and ability to write clear and concise communication, particularly via email. Have excellent organisational skills and be able to proactively manage own time and workload. Be a confident, clear communicator and have willingness to network and engage with variety of external stakeholders. Have strong presentation skills, effectively and concisely delivering information. Proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience of using social media for professional purposes is preferred but not essential. Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure sales opportunities are followed through successfully to completion. Work effectively in a small team, managing priority of tasks and ensuring delivery within defined deadlines.
