Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll focus on retaining and growing our existing customer base while identifying new business opportunities in Stockport and surrounding areas. Your exceptional relationship building skills and business acumen will help us strengthen customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and expand our presence in the local market.
Your mission, should you accept the challenge:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to retain business and encourage organic growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Stockport and surrounding boroughs
Build a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to tailor our services and solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and support
Analyse customer data and market trends to inform business development strategies
Develop and implement targeted business growth initiatives
Represent Totally Local Company Limited at local events and networking opportunities
Utilise knowledge of bids and tenders to identify opportunities and submit competitive proposals
You will have and be great at:
Proven experience in customer relationship management, sales, or business development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong business acumen and market knowledge
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Knowledge of bids and tenders, and experience using portals to identify and pursue opportunities
A background in resource management would be advantageous, particularly in driving commercial growth
Desirable Experience:
Experience of working with academies will be a distinct advantage
