We're looking for a part-time

Customer Relationship Management Manager

to join our fun, dynamic and friendly team. Focused on overall business growth, you will own and lead the marketing strategy to promote the business and services, attract customers, position the brands and increase sales. In addition, you will drive the company's growth by identifying business opportunities, supporting the sales team and expanding the company's online presence.

Customer Relationship Management Manager Responsibilities



Create comprehensive marketing strategies based on market research, customer insights, and business goals. Working closely with the sales team, plan and execute both short-term and long-term marketing initiatives to align with business objectives. Monitor and adjust initiatives accordingly to optimise results. Manage and prioritise online property listings. Continuously review to ensure that the property information is updated, accurate and the best representation of the properties at all times, identifying opportunities for improvement to drive enquiry volume. Listings will encompass the company brand websites, online travel agents (OTAs) and partner agents. Lead the creation of marketing materials, such as digital brochures, social media posts, videos, blogs, and email newsletters. Ensure content is consistent with brand messaging. Working with a new CRM system e.g. Hubspot or Pipedrive, which will be coming onboard alongside the new PMS. Engage with all OTAs to ensure the company is at the forefront of functional and exposure opportunities, maximising these for all listings. Create and update digital brochures as required, including by location, industry sector, client specific etc. Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies. Own website user-experience and performance. Reviewing and implementing functionality improvements to deliver SEO growth. Ownership of the PPC budget, with regular review and amending focus where required to improve KPIs and ensure budgets are achieving desired business objectives. Build, implement and maintain a social media plan for the company to drive awareness of services, locations and client-focused approach. Provide regular reports on marketing performance, ROI, and campaign metrics. Use insights from data to continuously refine and improve marketing strategies. Ensure guest books are created for property launch and updated where required. Direct report management, to include tasks focus, timeline achievement, performance reviews, training, mentoring and coaching.

Who We're Looking For:

A driven and determined marketing expert with a passion for luxury hospitality and attention to detail . You'll need to be confident managing multiple tasks in a busy sales and marketing office, communicating effectively, and working collaboratively across departments.

Salary Hourly Rate (Part time 24 - 30 Hours) Part time initially, 24 hours per week with hours/ days to be agreed.
