Customer Relations Manager

to be the warm, welcoming face and driving force behind occupancy at our care home.

building strong community relationships

and being there every step of the way for new residents and their families.

What You'll Be Doing:

Responding to all new enquiries and guiding families through the admissions process Promoting our care services to local professionals and networks Organising tours, coordinating assessments, and creating a seamless move-in experience Boosting our home's presence in the community through events and outreach Tracking enquiries and performance - you're the lead on occupancy success Supporting marketing plans and driving top reviews on Carehome.co.uk

What You'll Bring:

A strong sales background with a

proven track record of converting leads

Experience within the

Care Sector

is essential Compassion, empathy, and the ability to support families during difficult decisions Confidence working with healthcare professionals and building referral pipelines Great communication and organisation skills A self-starter mindset with drive to hit targets Flexibility to travel locally and a full UK driving licence
