Customer Relationship Manager




Location: The role is covering our North Branch Customers, specifically in Scotland area.

As the Customer Relationship Manager, you will have an excellent sales record and the ability to work across key accounts building long-term relationships. You'll also play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and acquiring new customers and business opportunities, expanding our footprint in the region.


The role is a pivotal role in the development of the Siemens business and encompasses customer and stakeholder relationship management. You will be driving the Siemens portfolio, Service contracts, maintenance, Small Works & Project opportunities. This is a key role to drive Siemens Fire, BMS, Security & Digital portfolio in a key geography for the business.


What part will you play?




You will be responsible for managing key accounts and actively develop new target customers, identifying prospects and converting them into long-term clients. Drive all service business from existing service customers (our iBase) and any new service opportunities and driving sales opportunities. End to end responsibility for the management of service contracts within your remit of responsibility. Oversee all service contracts for your assigned customer sites, including both Siemens and third-party systems. You'll be responsible for ensuring service delivery excellence, maintenance scheduling, and technical support across all installations. Partner with our Finance, Service, and Service Centre teams to drive contract profitability. This includes optimising revenue streams, managing costs effectively, improving engineer utilisation, and ensuring customers recognise the full value of our service offerings. Interface and communicate with our customers to identify upsell, cross sell and new opportunities. Collaborate with the relevant internal teams in Service, Sales, Small Works & projects to convert these opportunities to order and create additional recurring service revenue. Undertake quotations on all disciplines for your allocated accounts to drive order intake. Promote customer awareness of agreed Siemens and the wider SI Portfolio to develop and enhance our position within the agreed customer base. Collaborate with our customers to consistently match the Siemens portfolio and service capabilities with their business and site needs.

We are looking for a customer focused, Customer Relationship/Key Account Manager with demonstratable experience of working within the fire and security industry. Proven track record in account management and new business development. Confident in your communication and negotiation skills Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities and build lasting relationships with clients.
