We're on the lookout for a
Customer Relationship Manager
. Someone who can build trust, guide our customers to the right choices, and represent our company with integrity. No pressure selling. No scripts. Just great conversations and honest advice.
What We're Looking For:
You might have worked in double glazing, home improvements, or customer service before. Maybe you're a retired fitter, or someone from an admin background ready for a new challenge. Sales experience isn't essential. What matters most is that you're the right person for our team: friendly, trustworthy, and ready to make a difference.
You'll Need To Be:
Positive, with a good sense of humour to handle the day-to-day.
A natural problem solver who helps customers make informed decisions.
A quick learner. We're a small team, so you'll be hands-on from day one.
An excellent communicator. Fluent English is essential for this customer-facing role.
Organised, punctual, and reliable. Timekeeping really matters to us.
Calm under pressure, professional, and full of integrity.
Approachable, considerate, and someone customers can trust.
A driver. Full, clean UK driving licence is required (pool car provided for appointments).
What the Role Involves:
Visiting customers in their homes to discuss their needs, demonstrate products, and create design plans for quoting back at the office.
Preparing detailed quotes, liaising with our factory, and responding to customer queries.
Welcoming customers in our Shirley showroom and guiding them through our product range.
Building relationships through local networking and generating new leads through various sources including social media, Linked In etc.
Following up on quotes and leads to maximise earning potential.
We'll provide some pre-arranged appointments, but we'll also support you in creating your own opportunities to increase your success.
What We Offer:
A proper salary - not commission-only
Starting from
30,000 per year
, plus uncapped commission after hitting key targets. You'll receive 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), your birthday off (after qualifying period), and a company pension. 40 hours/week (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) with occasional evenings or weekends, depending on customer needs with time off in lieu.
