Join the Close Brothers Wholesale Finance Team where the In-life Customer Relationship Specialist is responsible for the production of settlement quotes to customers along with other various administration processes which are vital to the efficient and sound running of the department from an In-life perspective.


Our ideal team member will also ensure that documentation and processes which support the role are kept up to date and relevant to the business being undertaken.

RESPONSIBILITIES



Service Management



Build relationships with the customers who require settlements processed and adhere to SLAs which state a 48 hrs turnaround of such requests. Any breaches to be flagged to the Head of Commercial for reporting purposes. Ensure that for matured deals a monthly list is produced, and deals are processed prior to month-end. Process deals which require rescheduling as and when requested by the business / our customers, in line with the credit acceptance obtained. Manage DD lines for closing where bad debt cases are identified. NBVs for vehicles which are in default should be provided with the vehicles settled off once the payment is received. Finally arranging refunds of rentals owed back to contract hire companies once the vehicles are settled.

Reporting



Work with the sales team to measure, monitor and analyse the processes for which the in-life Customer Relationship Specialist is responsible. Update any process map / procedures as the role and processes change. Guide continuous improvement efforts for the services to the business

Risk & Compliance



Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:



Good interpersonal, relationship management, diplomacy and negotiation skills Strong customer service and people management skills Experience and ability to deal with ambiguity, complexity and manage conflict The ability to effectively communicate technical and business concepts and ideas

IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE:



Experience gained within a Commercial banking experience Understanding of core finance products HP/ Lease / PCH / ECOS etc Degree in a numerate or business subject, or an equivalent qualification On the job learning from various bank orientated bodies e.g. FLA etc.
