Bristol (Bradley Stoke)

Contract:

Full-time, permanent

Flexible hours:

Mon-Fri 08:00-19:00, Sat 09:00-17:00 -- no Sundays!

Salary:

Competitive base of

26,736.53

with the potential to boost your earnings up to

34,000

Training:

3 weeks full-time (Mon-Fri)

What you'll be doing

Taking inbound calls from RAC members looking to renew or discuss their breakdown cover Delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs and retain their membership Promoting the benefits of RAC breakdown Cover and highlighting our value versus competitors Meeting and exceeding performance targets in a fast-paced, supportive environment Keeping accurate records and ensuring every interaction is customer-focused
