What Are We Looking For ?

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for customer focused people to support and assist our amazing customers while calling regarding their home insurance policies. You\xe2\x80\x99ll need to have great relationship-building skills and share our passion for providing outstanding customer service. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be answering calls and providing advice in a range of situations so you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to have wonderful listening skills, and be able to adapt to assist and support our customers who will have a wide range of diverse needs and requirements at what can be a very difficult time. Can you deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment while providing a friendly and personable customer journey ? Can you remain calm and be empathetic when dealing with complex or emotional situations ? We will provide full comprehensive training Once training has been completed you will then start working the hybrid working model. We\xe2\x80\x99re open for our customers from 8am - 8pm weekdays, 9am - 5pm Saturday and 10am - 4pm Sundays. Our working hours reflect that Your shifts will vary on a weekly basis to cover these hours. Most shifts start between 8am-9:30am meaning you\'ll finish before 6pm. There is the requirement to work some late shifts between 11:30am - 8pm. You\xe2\x80\x99ll work 37.5 or 42 hours a week, on an 10 week rolling rota shift basis. Over the 10 weeks, you\xe2\x80\x99ll normally be required to work 2 Saturdays and 1 Sunday, plus an occasional Bank Holiday.

Hybrid Work Model

Our new hybrid working model now offers all employees the option to work from home with 2 days per month in the Birmingham Office, this will begin once full training has been completed
