Graphic Warehouse is a fast-growing print and display manufacturer supporting agencies, print resellers, and sign businesses throughout the UK. We're known for reliability, friendly service, and high-quality production. We're now looking for a Customer Retention Expert -- someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and ensuring customers feel valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities

Checking in with customers after their orders Building friendly, long-term relationships Welcoming new customers and guiding them through their first interactions Following up with customers who haven't ordered recently Spotting small issues before they become larger problems Supporting customers with updates and next steps Keeping accurate notes in the internal system Working closely with production and service teams

What We're Looking For

Warm, confident telephone manner Strong rapport-building skills Reliable and organised Comfortable with structured daily tasks Basic computer confidence A positive, customer-first attitude
