Key Responsibilities?

Deliver top-tier customer service. Sell tickets and services professionally and efficiently. Maintain ticket machines and complete accountancy tasks.

Strong customer service skills. A proactive attitude and confidence in decision-making. Attention to detail and good numerical ability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours:

This is a mix of early and late shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

What to Expect?

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a competency-based interview. Full training will be provided, including a 2-week training programme in Swindon.
