Customer Sales Advisor - Cheltenham (Site-Based Role)

27,000 - 30,000 per year

Hours:

Full-time, Tuesday to Saturday (40 hours per week)

We're opening a brand-new facility in Cheltenham and are looking for a confident, tech-savvy, and commercially minded

Customer Sales Advisor

to take ownership of the site. This is a standalone role where you'll greet customers, drive sales, manage enquiries across multiple channels, and keep the facility running smoothly. You'll also support our wider network by handling sales and customer service enquiries for 17 additional unmanned locations.

What You'll Be Doing

Acting as the welcoming face and voice of our Cheltenham store, building strong relationships with every customer. Handling enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email with confidence and professionalism. Managing the full sales journey -- from enquiry and reservation through to move-in. Converting leads into bookings and promoting storage units, contents protection, packaging, and other add-on services. Using our CRM system (HubSpot) to manage leads, process bookings, record customer interactions, and maintain accurate data. Supporting our head office team by responding to inbound sales and customer service enquiries for 17 unmanned sites across the UK. Taking ownership of the store's appearance and operations -- ensuring it remains secure, clean, and well-presented at all times. Monitoring unit availability, completing site checks, and reporting maintenance needs. Ensuring compliance with health & safety and site security procedures.

What We're Looking For

2-3 years' experience in a customer-facing role such as sales, retail, hospitality, or property. A confident communicator with excellent phone etiquette and the ability to sell in person and over the phone. Strong IT skills, including experience using CRM platforms to manage bookings, tasks, and customer records (HubSpot experience is a bonus). Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy in admin tasks. A proactive, hands-on individual who enjoys working independently and taking responsibility for results. A friendly, commercially minded attitude and a genuine desire to help customers. A positive, can-do mindset and an enthusiasm for learning and development. Full UK driving licence required.
