Overview

We are a nationwide company that delivers Roof and Gutter cleaning to Commercial and Residential properties. We have over 330,000 happy customers.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about customer service and sales to grow their career in a supportive environment.

The role is office based at our

Scotland office in Edinburgh.

The hours are 40hrs a week, Monday to Friday, with 1 Saturday a month.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner Assist customers with inquiries and resolving any issues promptly Drive sales by actively promoting our offerings and upselling when appropriate Maintain a clean and organized sales area Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Proven sales experience or a strong interest in developing sales techniques Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs Positive attitude, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset Ability to work well within a team environment while also being self-motivated Adaptability to learn new products, services, and sales strategies quickly
