Responsibilities:

Providing excellent customer service and using your expert knowledge to identify storage needs and deliver a solution. (Don't worry training will be provided!)

Confidently selling and communicating to potential and current customers, either face to face, over the phone or via email.

Ensuring first impressions of the building and services provided are upheld to our industry leading standard.

Assisting the store management team by completing daily/weekly/monthly administrative tasks to ensure the efficient running of the store.

Accurate data entry and record keeping on our internal systems as well as being proficient in external software's including MS Office word, excel and outlook.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,400.00 per year
