About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Sales Advisor to join our growing team. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers -- providing exceptional service, understanding their needs, and offering the right products or solutions to help them get the most value.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers via phone, email, or in person to understand their needs. Provide accurate information on products and services, helping customers make informed choices. Achieve individual and team sales targets through excellent service and product knowledge. Process orders and handle customer enquiries efficiently and professionally. Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM systems.

Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred (retail, call centre, or similar). Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills. Positive, proactive attitude and strong people skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Basic IT proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems). A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Working Hours:

10:00-17:00pm (with an unpaid 30 minute break)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
