BPC Ventilation are searching for a talented customer sales advisor to join our rapidly growing company.
What You'll Be Doing
First point of contact for customers via inbound requests
Outbound contacting of clients for further information
Qualifying leads and booking appointments for our Sales Team
Lead generation
Using and updating the CRM
Helping other departments if time allows
Qualifications / Experience:
Experience in a customer support or help desk role preferred but not essential
High level of proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel and MS Word
Experience on operating CRM systems

:
The starting/Training wage starts @ 14.00 hr (depending on experience) with a review after 12 weeks

BPC Ventilation are experiencing exceptional growth with the manufacture, distribution, design and supply of home ventilation systems throughout the UK and ROI, we have modern offices, warehouses and training centre at our premises that are close to restaurants and shops at Larne harbour

41 Hour week / Mon-Thur. 8-5pm Friday 8-3.30 pm
