Role Overview:

As a

Customer Sales Advisor

at our Walsall branch, you'll be the friendly face and driving force behind customer satisfaction. You'll build strong relationships with trade customers, manage sales enquiries, and ensure every interaction reflects our core values:

Key Responsibilities:

Actively engage with existing customers and seek new business opportunities Promote and sell our range of building and trade supplies Prepare accurate quotes and manage sales leads Provide expert product knowledge and solutions Maintain excellent customer relationships Meet and exceed personal and branch sales targets
