Job Description
Are you great at building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction? We're looking for a proactive Customer Sales Advisor to engage with key clients, check in on their needs, and provide support with orders and inquiries for a well established and reputable business based near Waterlooville.
Key Responsibilities of a Customer Sales Advisor
- Reach out to clients to ensure they have everything they need.
- Assist with inquiries and provide excellent customer support.
- Manage orders and ensure timely fulfilment.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in sales, account management, consultancy, customer support or telesales is a plus but NOT necessary
- Proactive, organised, and able to multitask.
- 22 days holiday a year plus bank holidays.
- Your birthday off!
- OTE of up to 30k.
