Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred, but not required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Availability to work flexible schedules
