As a Customer Sales Agent at 0.0 Associates LTD, you will be a part of our dedicated and ambitious team, driving the business forward while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

• Handling customer inquiries and providing pertinent information regarding products and services.
• Performing cost-benefit analysis of products and services and determining appropriate solutions tailored to the customer's needs.
• Establishing new accounts and maintaining records of existing accounts.
• Approaching potential customers via face to-face discussions to offer products and services.
• Monitoring market trends and competitively positioning our products in response to consumer behavior.
• Conducting follow-ups with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and identifying opportunities for further sales.

Qualifications:

• No experience needed
• Proven experience as a Customer Sales Agent or a similar role in the Sales industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical ability to identify market trends and customer needs, craft appropriate responses, and develop solutions.
• Adequate knowledge of sales principles and customer relationship management.
• Ability to adapt quickly, maintain a positive attitude, and work under pressure.
