We specialise in beautifully crafted, made-to-measure interior shutters that transform homes. Due to continued growth, we're now looking for a driven and personable Customer Sales & Care Advisor to join our busy office team.
About the Role:
This is a fully office-based position where you'll be responsible for managing high volumes of inbound and outbound customer enquiries. You'll book consultations, follow up leads, advise customers on product options, and support them right through to installation. You'll be at the heart of our sales process, making sure every customer receives a first-class experience.
Your day-to-day will include:
Managing a high number of customer calls and email enquiries
Advising customers on our shutter ranges and booking appointments
Following up warm leads and converting enquiries into consultations
Supporting the sales team with pipeline management and scheduling
Handling aftersales care, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage
Keeping accurate records and updating our CRM system
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a high-volume inside sales role, OR a background in recruitment
A confident, consultative communication style with proven sales ability
Organised and target-driven, able to manage multiple priorities at pace
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems (training provided)
A proactive, positive attitude with a genuine focus on customer care
