We are currently seeking a Telesales Representative to join our dedicated team. If you have excellent communication skills, a natural flair for sales, and a professional telephone manner, we want to hear from you.
As a Customer Sales Assistant at Enviro Flame, you will play a vital role in our sales and customer service efforts. You will be responsible for managing incoming calls and inquiries, booking appointments, and providing essential technical information to our clients. This role does not involve cold calling but requires proactive communication and engagement with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients, addressing their questions and concerns professionally
Present and promote products/services over the phone in a professional and engaging way.
Provide detailed technical information to clients and assist them in making informed decisions
Book appointments with clients for our services, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination
Collaborate closely with our team of engineers to coordinate service visits and ensure smooth communication
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments using our CRM, calendar and accounting system
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
Assist with general office duties as needed, including data entry, filing, and administrative tasks
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are absolutely essential
Minimum 2yrs experience in a Sales related role
Resilient, positive, and self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset
Proven ability to engage and build rapport with clients over the phone
A natural flair for sales and the ability to promote our services effectively
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Xero Accounting (or similar)
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and technical information
Previous experience in telesales or customer service
Training will be provided to the successful candidate to pick up the technical detail within our industry
