As the face of the AA in our Hastings Centre, you'll bring a bubbly personality and customer-first approach to every interaction. The roster for the role is Mon-Fri, from 8.30am to 5pm.
As a Customer Sales Consultant, you'll:Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and promote the right AA products and services Drive sales and achieve KPIs while delivering exceptional service Create a positive, lively experience for every customer who walks through our doors Handle a variety of tasks, including processing driver licensing and vehicle registration transactions

We're looking for someone who:Has proven retail and sales experience, with confidence in achieving targets Brings a high-energy, positive, and bubbly personality to work every day Thrives in a fast-paced environment and learns quickly Is a natural team player who lifts the energy of those around them Enjoys connecting with people and making every interaction memorable A second language (e.g., Mandarin or other) would be preferred but not essential
